Complaints and returns

If your device needs diagnosis or repair we will be happy to help you. All you need to do is pack up your device along with proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and send it by courier to the address indicated. Remember to remove any locks such as the screen lock code and log out of iCloud functions. In addition, please include a form with a detailed description of the defect. Then pack your device in a safe way so that it will not be damaged in transit and order a courier to the address:

The maximum repair time is 14 days, but we always try to get your device back to you as soon as possible. Don’t forget to give us your return address or Parcel Post number where we will send the package.
